Lighter sedation options
Nitrous oxide and prescribed oral sedation may help appropriate patients feel more at ease.

INTRODUCING THE CHAMBERLAIN METHOD
Your time matters. So does doing things well. We bring comprehensive planning, personalized sedation, and digital dentistry together—with the goal of completing your treatment in a single day, when appropriate.
Your consultation and any healing or follow-up visits are separate. Your health and treatment needs determine what can be completed in one day.

Dr. Theodore ChamberlainDMD, FAGD · Hospital-trained at Ohio StateA COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR CARE
A broken tooth. Several concerns. Years of putting it off. Wherever you’re starting, we start by listening.
The Chamberlain Method is our approach to bringing your dental care together. We look at your overall needs, explain your choices, and organize treatment around a clear plan—so you understand what happens before, during, and after your treatment day.
It begins with a conversation, without judgment or pressure.
THE CHAMBERLAIN METHOD
Three connected stages.
One team focused on you.
We discuss your priorities, review your health, and examine your teeth. Digital scans and imaging, when indicated, help us plan the details.
Your comfort plan and dental treatment are coordinated in advance. Dr. Chamberlain completes the agreed procedures, with digital workflows supporting suitable same-day restorations.
We explain recovery, home care, and what comes next. Healing checks, any remaining treatment stages, and ongoing preventive care are part of the plan.
PURPOSEFUL TECHNOLOGY
Technology matters most when it makes a meaningful difference to your care. Explore how the pieces work together.
Primescan · product illustrationA handheld scanner records the surfaces of your teeth to create a digital model. This gives us a starting point for designing restorations and discussing your care.
What it means for you A practical alternative to traditional impressions for suitable treatments, with information ready for the next step.
Our CEREC workflow brings digital impressions, restoration design, and in-office manufacturing together. Suitable crowns can be made and fitted in a single appointment.
What it means for you A damaged tooth may be restored the same day. Material choice, tooth condition, and other treatment needs can change the timeline.
Explore our same-day crowns ↗When clinically indicated, cone-beam CT (CBCT) provides three-dimensional views of teeth and surrounding bone. It can help Dr. Chamberlain assess anatomy for implant and surgical planning.
What it means for you Treatment decisions can draw on the detail your case requires. CBCT uses X-rays and is recommended when its diagnostic benefit justifies the exposure.
COMFORT IS PART OF THE PLAN
Anxiety deserves understanding. Your comfort deserves a conversation.
We discuss your health, preferences, and planned treatment before recommending sedation. We explain the level of awareness to expect, who will provide your care, and how to prepare.
Talk through your comfort options ↗WHAT CAN A SINGLE DAY INCLUDE?
Your consultation turns possibilities into a realistic sequence of care.
For suitable teeth, CEREC can bring preparation, design, and delivery into one appointment.
Additional care may be needed first.Appropriate fillings, crowns, and other agreed procedures may be organized into one planned visit.
The scope depends on your health and dental needs.Selected surgical steps may be combined. Your plan distinguishes the surgery from healing and final tooth replacement.
Implant treatment commonly involves multiple stages. It does not mean every patient’s entire course of care takes one visit. Examinations, planning, healing, laboratory work, and follow-up may require additional appointments. We explain that timeline before you decide.
CLEARWATER ROOTS. A PERSONAL APPROACH.THE PERSON BEHIND THE METHOD
Raised in Clearwater, Dr. Chamberlain earned his dental degree at Nova Southeastern University and completed a general practice residency at The Ohio State University.
His hospital-based training included oral surgery, anesthesia, and comprehensive dentistry. At Chamberlain Dental, that background informs an approach built around careful planning and personal attention.
You’ll discuss what matters to you, understand your choices, and know how the next steps fit together.
BEFORE YOU TAKE THE NEXT STEP
It is our approach to coordinating your care: comprehensive planning, individualized comfort, appropriate digital technology, and follow-through. Your actual procedures are recommended after an examination and discussion of your options.
Sometimes several treatments can be combined into one treatment day. Other plans require stages for healing, safety, or laboratory work. A consultation determines what is appropriate for you, including any visits before and after that day.
That depends on your plan. Moderate sedation does not mean general anesthesia: you can still respond purposefully. General anesthesia makes you unconscious and is managed by a physician anesthesiologist in selected cases. We explain your recommended option before treatment.
Not necessarily. Implant placement, a temporary tooth, and a final restoration are different steps. Your bone, healing needs, and implant stability help determine the timeline. We explain what you can expect to leave with and what will come later.
You are welcome here. Tell us what has made dental visits difficult and what you would like to change. We start with listening and a clear explanation of your needs and options.
Fees depend on the treatment, sedation or anesthesia, appointment length, and any laboratory work. We review your proposed treatment and expected fees before you proceed. Our team can answer questions about payment and insurance.
We discuss your concerns, review your medical history, and evaluate your dental needs. Imaging is selected when indicated. Then we explain your choices, sedation options, expected timeline, and fees. The consultation helps plan your treatment day; it is not a promise of same-day treatment at the first visit.
